01The usual tangle

Spreadsheets were never built for a school year

Most institutes still stitch a roster, a form, a drive folder, and an invoice tool together. Classes drift, teachers double-book, and nobody sees the same student list.

  • 01Weekly rosters living in a shared spreadsheet
  • 02Enrolments copied by hand into a second system
  • 03Lessons and files sitting outside the administration
  • 04No single place for students and teachers to look

02Everything in one platform

03Who it is for

Built for institutes that run real programmes

If you work with classes, repeating weeks, and longer trajectories — not one-off open courses — start here.

04See how it works

From first enrolment to final diploma

Programme management and scheduling

Plan the academic year without relying on spreadsheets

Set up programmes for each academic year, assign teachers to classes, and schedule lessons in a clear weekly calendar. Potential conflicts are flagged before they disrupt your planning.

  • Programme types, academic-year versions, and entry requirements
  • Classes with optional capacity limits
  • Weekly calendar with drag-and-drop scheduling
  • Publish your programme catalogue on your own website

Lessons and assignments

Create, submit, and grade in one smooth workflow

Publish reusable learning content for each programme version, add class-specific materials, attach videos and documents, and keep grading organised in one manageable queue.

  • Rich-text lessons with ordered videos and document attachments
  • Assignments with file uploads or written submissions
  • Grades and personal feedback available directly to students

Self-paced e-learning

Run a course without a class timetable

Create a self-paced programme with modules and lessons. Learners open My Programmes, see their progress, and continue where they left off — no class list required.

  • Choose self-paced when you create the programme
  • Order content into modules with the same lesson editor
  • Progress percentage and a clear next lesson
  • Staff enrolment, or a one-time public sale from Starter

Live classroom

Teach a whole class live — with stage control

Open a live classroom from the schedule. Students join listen-only by default, raise a hand to speak, and you bring them on stage when you’re ready. Optional recording keeps the session for later.

  • In-browser live classroom with host spotlight and filmstrip
  • Raise hand, host activates students onto the stage (Growth+)
  • In-meeting chat alongside the lesson
  • Optional recording you can keep after the session ends
  • One-to-many broadcast from the browser or your own streaming software

Student and teacher portals

A personalised portal for every user

Students can view their schedule, lessons, and assignments. Teachers can manage classes, attendance, and grading. Administrators retain a complete overview of the institution.

  • Personal schedules and assignment overviews
  • Secure lesson viewer with protected video playback
  • Direct messages, class conversations, and announcements (Growth+)
  • Native mobile app for iOS and Android (planned)

07Questions institutes ask

Before you start a trial

Who is Academqo for?
Training institutes, language schools, music and arts academies, and coaching programmes that run classes over weeks or months. If you mainly sell one-day open courses, a short-course planner may fit better.
Is this class scheduling software or an LMS?
Both sit in one administration. You plan programmes and weekly rosters, then attach lessons, assignments, or self-paced e-learning. It is not a standalone authoring suite.
Can I run e-learning and classroom programmes together?
Yes. Scheduled programmes keep classes and a timetable. Self-paced programmes use modules and progress without a class. Both live under Programmes in the same institution.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days to set up your institution. You can cancel before the trial ends.
Where is data hosted, and do you have a DPA?
The platform is hosted in the EU. GDPR export and erasure tools are built in, and every customer receives a data processing agreement.
